Social media monitoringThis refers to the tracking of brand mentions and hashtags on social media platforms — such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and X.
Media analysis Media content is analysed over a specific period of time, using both qualitative and quantitative metrics, to gather insights.
SentimentAn analysis of how your brand is viewed in the media. This is rated as either positive, negative, mixed or neutral.
